Cameron Commowealth games
Cameroon
Cameroon has participated in the Commonwealth Games since 1998. The country has so far won thirty-
four medals, ten of which are gold. Nine of those gold medals were won by three weightlifters at the 2002
Games in Manchester. At the XXI Commonweath Games 2018, 11 African athletes went missing in
Australia. Eight of the athletes, three weightlifters and five boxers, were from Cameroon, two from
Uganda and one from Rwanda.
